Refund policy

All Anayah Jewellery products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in India, which makes each product one-of-a-kind and may differ slightly from the others. Due to this, the stones used in our products may also exhibit slight differences.

Moreover, natural stones and pearls always differ from one another and will have inclusions which are not cracks or damages. Rest assured that every item undergoes strict quality control before dispatch.

Anayah maintains the highest levels of hygiene and as such, all sales are considered final. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We will only accommodate exchanges if your order is received in a damaged condition during transit or if you have been shipped an incorrect product. If your order meets either of these conditions, you may return the items in their original state (unworn, with the original packaging, and all tags intact and unaltered) and we will send out a replacement item.

Returns that display damage or evidence of wear and tear will not be authorized and shall be returned to the customer.

  1. Kindly notify us of any damage issues within Two days of receiving your order by sending an email to info@anayahjewellery.com
  2. Prior to initiating the replacement process for your damaged or incorrect product, we request that you share a photograph of the item with us. Our Anayah QC team will review the image and determine whether the product qualifies for a replacement.
  3. Once our Quality Control team approves this, we will provide the details to return the damaged or incorrect product after receiving your email.
  4. Upon receiving the damaged or incorrect product, we will dispatch a fresh or correct product to you.

Please note that any packages that are lost or damaged during the return process are beyond our responsibility. Additionally, returns that have not been previously authorized will not be accepted.

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  1. If the delivery address provided is incorrect or outdated.
  2. If the address format is incorrect, including any type of PO Box address.
  3. Items damaged by customer or returned in damaged condition.
  4. After Two unsuccessful delivery attempts by our courier.
  5. If the recipient rejects the package.
  6. For sizing issues. We advise customers to carefully review our size guides before making a purchase.
  7. If returned products show signs of use or damage.
  8. For minor variations in colour and design. Please note that all of our products are handmade and may exhibit variations from the photographs displayed on our website due to the use of natural stones.
  9. If the jewellery item is not faulty or damaged.
  10. Pre order / Made to order items cannot be cancelled or returned as they are made to order specifically for you.
  11. The stems of earrings are intentionally crafted from a softer material to prevent them from snapping. If the stems happen to be slightly bent, it should not be considered a sign of any fault or damage. This is because they are designed with flexibility in mind, owing to the use of the softer material.


CANCELLATIONS:

Once an order has been submitted, it is not possible to cancel it. We kindly ask you to make your purchase thoughtfully, as each Anayah piece is meticulously handcrafted, and our production process commences immediately upon receiving an order. Your understanding and mindful consideration are greatly appreciated in this regard.

At present, we are unable to provide free returns, and the cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order originally qualified for free shipping you will be subject to a deduction for the standard shipping amount (INR 250).

This policy is applicable to all products sold directly by Anayah Jewellery and will not apply to any sales by third parties.
